Welcome to Hart|Beet Farm!

We've been working really hard this year to get the farm up and running. We produced maple syrup earlier this year in our home-built evaporator, aka the Sap'Nator. In the Spring, we broke one acre of ground on which we are currenlty growing a variety of vegetables. Additionally we have been harvesting an abundance of wild mushrooms and berries from our fields and woods. We hope to to be selling some of our products during the second half of the season here in Lincoln County. More information to come on that and our 2016 CSA season.
